We are renting a spacious one-bedroom apartment in a renovated building in the very center of Salaspils, within walking distance of the Daugava promenade. The apartment will be available for occupancy at the end of December. Viewings are available by appointment. + The building has been completely renovated and is insulated, with a new roof covering, new plastic windows, and new radiators with controls and allocators. In winter, you only pay for the heat you consume. It's very warm, so you can leave the heating on until the outside temperature drops to -10°C. Energy efficiency ratings are available, see the attached .pdf file at the bottom of the listing. + Excellent views from the windows – no buildings directly in front of the windows. Sunshine throughout the day makes the apartment bright and warm (south-facing). + Double front door (first door is iron). + Central location, not a corner apartment. + All necessary appliances and furniture are included. If any furniture or appliances are missing, we can purchase and install them in the apartment. We can discuss everything. + The entrance hall windows have been replaced, cleaned, and renovations have begun. + The exterior door has a combination lock. + The building is surrounded by numerous trees. + All necessary amenities are easily accessible, see photos. Long-term rentals - minimum 1 year, with a formal contract. Payment is €280 per month + all utilities as per invoices. The building is managed by SIA Tilderu nami. Bills are approximately €90 year-round, plus water and heating (which you may rarely use). Upon move-in, you will be required to pay €680 = €280 for the first month + €400 insurance, which is refunded upon vacating the apartment, provided all utilities for the last month have been paid and no damage has been caused to the apartment.
